Dr. Kruithoff attended the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Bethesda, MD. He trained in internal medicine at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital and cardiology at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. His interests include echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and cardiac catheterization.
